So Jack suggested/asked on this picture about me making figs of my kidlets since Tate had me build Trish to pilot the Gonzolla. I thought it sounded like a brilliant idea. So some quick fiddling with the ol' minifig bins and these gems were the result. Oh, yeah and I also built myself (that handsome devil in the middle...)

So I will build each of the boys a spaceship to fit their interests.

For Milo, he loves all things equipment related (excavators, dump trucks, especially garbage trucks), so on account of that, and also my recent watching of Cowboy Bebop I am going to build his ship basically along the lines of Jet's Hammerhead. Hence him having a cybernetic arm :)

Tate on the other hand is old enough that he gets to design his own ship :-D

And since I didn't want to be the only one in the family with out their own starship, I will build myself a badass Electronic Warfare starfighter...because ya' know...I love radomes!

Wasn't intentional, but these are pretty much three of my favourite minifig torsos ever!

1. I turn 31 in 15 more sleeps...but who is counting!
2. This pic was taken @ Emperor Falls Camp on the Berg Lake Trail, Mt. Robson Provincial Park...I was displaying my mad backcountry culinary skills!

4. My Brother-in-law, Father-in-law, and Dad all have the same birthday
5. I dislocate my knees lots, have since I was about 12 or 13...haven't done it for a few years now, but I have to wear braces whenever I am hiking etc.

7. I currently have 2 tattoos, one is a 4-pointed compass star, and both my sons think/thought it was an airplane when they were babies and would point at it and make airplane noises :)

9. When I graduated from high school my best friend and I loaded up my pick-up, took 6 weeks and drove from coast to coast across Canada...it was an amazing trip
10. I have the absolute greatest wife and kids...they make me smile & laugh everyday :-D

This pic just came up on my screen saver slide show and made me realize that I never posted it. My wife made this for my birthday 2 years ago. She rules, plain and simple!

Was looking through some photos on my phone, and I had forgotten about these. This one made me laugh! Tate and I were bored while waiting for Mamma to finish shopping at the mall...so we took pictures of us making funny faces...gotta keep the kidlets (& Daddy) occupied : )
