This is a collaboration between;
-David (spades),
- Brad (clubs) and
- Ethan (hearts)

And myself, who decided we collaborate on the theme of the four card symbols.
This turned out exactly how I planned. Minus the fire. I really wanted to make this photo look like a card & I knew that collaborating with these guys meant I had to really push myself and try something ridiculously risky. These three have been some of the most amazing and supportive, not to mention talented people I've ever had the pleasure of getting to know. Definitely go and have a look at their interpretations!

Medias downfall

On my print wall, I have this photo fromDavid.

I've been wanting to try something like it, out for a while. But, never found the motivation. Until today; Today I was reading the newspaper, and I took into consideration, that there was not one positive article in it whatsoever. I mean, the daily australian newspaper should have one positive story, right? By advertising negativity, the media is basically influencing our society to be, negative.
I heard, that there is one town in the US somewhere, that contains only positive news, about achievements in their society, and about the great things in life.
But instead, our worlds biggest downfall has been the negative criteria of our media.
Anyway, enough with me ranting. I guess I just wanted to create something that represented how simple the media may seem. But how powerful it truly is.

Also, I have an assessment for music and I'm really unsure of what song to perform. Ideas?

Sick and tired of people telling me how to live my life, how to do the things that I do best, how to be me. Why can't I be left alone, allowed to feel what I feel, live how I live, love how I love. No one has the right to tell me what I'm feeling. No one has the right to tell me how I should see and feel things. I am me, unique. And so are you. We are different. I am entitled to my dreams, values and opinions. You are entitled to yours.

Thank you to Ben Minor and David Talley who inspired/helped me to manually extend the frame. I am in love with it, ah!

I need advice flickr. Can anyone reading this do this simple favour for me? Just tell me, what kind of photo style out of everything I've done, is your favourite. Eg. Conceptual, Portraiture etc.
