There are days I wake up and I feel like never leaving, like just staying in the darkest spot ever but then I have days when I simply walk on clouds all the day long. I would like to say most my days are floating days, days where I just can't even fully comprehend how blessed I am in this life! Like how did I wake up so blessed and then I feel guilt for those dark days. Because all in all my days are so good, yes we struggle with our finances, always a big downer but yet we have a warm home, we always have food and we are literally surrounded in LOVE, big, big enormous love. Love in God, family, love in friends, love just completely surrounds us. When I really stop to think about it, even in my darkest days I'm surrounded in LOVE. I'm grateful for the friendships I have made with like minded people who I wouldn't have met had it not been for this very space. My life has been greatly enriched by the friendships formed here in this very, community. There was this delivery made yesterday and even more than the awesome gifts inside it was the mere fact that I'm being thought of, being prayed for and loved by a friend, a friend I met here in this very space! Really really sometimes I feel as if my heart could literally burst!

Nothing too spectacular about this image except I shot it manual, I set it to F stop 5.6 because I remember from high school photography that was a safe middle ground, ISO 200 cause it was pretty bright out already and what does 0EV mean? I had no clue but I did it cause Staci encouraged me to give it a try, I also plan on reading my manual a little bit today and stepping out in one way or another.

Every so often it's nice to take a day off towards the end of the week for some creative outlet, lots of laughing, and good conversations. It's just necessary at times....don't you think? And yes I brought little red to tag along.

I wanted to twirl in Union station, it was on my list for the day, and I was with a group of talented gals. So I handed my camera to Staci and she took it out of my comfort zone (AV) shooting and did some timed shooting so the movement can be seen, my camera was a foreigner to her however she was brave and fiddled with some settings. She didn't like her work but I LOVE her work, it looks like I'm in a dream and yesterday was like a dream, a very good one. I love the way it turned out.

cristin hosted the most amazing, cozy and warm breakfast today, and I'm so thankful to have been included and these women are so neat and very talented and they asked me to come too!! So thank you, thank you and thank you and xoxoxo and let's do it again. (I don't know how to make that picture bigger (lol) so if you click on it, SoMany she will show you!!

This is probably one of my favorite moments of the day, however there were several so to pick just one wasn't so easy but Staci Lee and her little monster were making me laugh all day long! Between her and Meg, who I like to think of as the wonder twins can make a complete stranger smile and laugh in 2.2 seconds and they work off each other beautifully, they are pros at the Stranger project. This is Staci asking the the Sherrif's in L.A. if they would pose with her monster, they were more than willing and even had props of their own. It was a tremendous day in L.A. with a group of such talented people who ALL have not just talent but HEART and big ones. Thank you all for a beautiful day in L.A., bunchphoto, NutMeg, StaciLee, Bean, Andy, jaime, Cristin You taught me some tricks and you make me want to do better and be better in a variety of areas not just photography.
