Development of work previously uploaded.
Originally I looked at showing a scientific process however these became a more of a documentation of a scientific processes as opposed to art. So I started to experiment with simple experiments, filming techniques and post production to still explore the scientific aspect but in a much more engaging manner. Shot using a Canon 7D at 60fps.

Another clip shot at 60fps - first 20 seconds realtime then slowed to 12.5% (7.5fps).

Worth watching the first bit a second time to remind yourself how fast he's working the ball in real time!

The guy in the video is former UK and European Kickboxing champion, Ian Ford.

Just a bit of fun shooting 720/60fps and slowing it down in post - first 6 seconds is 50% speed, ie. 30fps then it drops down to 12.5% (7.5fps). Then I got carried away with the edits...

This is the most fun I've had with a camera all year, been doing so much client work that I've lost sight of what it all means. I haven't been on Flickr a lot recently so I've decided to clear the decks, cancel my bookings for the summer and lose myself in the joy of photography once more.

The guy in the video is former UK and European Kickboxing champion, Ian Ford.
