Today's photo is actually an outtake from my shot the other day that was similar but with my hand in focus. My back is bothering me too much to do a new shot today. Couldn't decide which of the two I liked better, so as usual, I loaded both. This new Flickr is taking some getting used to, but I think I kind of like it so far.

Oh and if you put in effort into learning the new layout instead of jumping on the whining bandwagon, you will find things like recent activity.

With huge changes to Flickr, we all have to adapt. I personally welcome change. Therefore I may miss the previous layout which lasted for quite a long time, but I strongly believe we'll all get used to it. Take a second look as you may catch a figure that I have yet to post ;)

On a positive note, Star Wars : Rebels! Here's my video discussing the announcement.

this was a very easy shot to do I didn't do allot of shooting just 2 shots composited into one, then I added another shot that I took of some dirt and through that in there and added my own fog. I shouldn't be telling you all I did because then people try to see if they can point out all the little editing foibles, but I rather tell people so they can try it them selves, I'm not about competing, I am about teaching. huh.. I should start a blog describing how I do my shoots...

Sawsan (right), aged 26, arrived in Iraq pregnant and with three children having fled Syria’s conflict. Christian Aid partner REACH is helping refugees like Sawsan. They are providing sanitation packs to keep people healthy and also hope to provide food. But the scale of the need is huge. ‘There is some aid, but it's just not enough,’ Sawsan says.
