Upside down - cake and jelly moulds

trying to combine the weekly theme with Singaporean things, for these last weeks in Singapore. These are my Chinese cake and jelly moulds, which I think are definitely upside down, so that the resulting cakes/jellies will look right. The large one is a lobster and could be for a kind of jelly. The long one is for Chinese cakes filled with things like red bean paste or lotus paste, and will have Chinese characters. The copper/brass one in the middle is a mould for ang kuh kueh, a tortoise shape for special red birthday cakes filled with red bean paste. The pot holding the large mould up is a kamcheng, a pot with lid, used by the Peranakans, so with the colours and motifs they liked, used especially for soups and liquid desserts or to hold goodies like cakes or snacks.

A 1992 Ford Sierra XR4x4 (2.9i) spotted years ago while on holiday in San Antonio Ibiza in July 1992.

Notable for being 3 door which were discontinued in the UK years before and never as a facelift post 1987 or XR4x4 Sierra and that front grille which was only available on Sapphire 4 door or diesel hatchback model Sierras in the UK.

Love Sierras.. I've owned 3 and driven thousands of miles for work in 3 more.
