It was a hard choice picking my favourite photo from last week as I had so many :~)
Still not sure if this is the right one, but I'm going to roll with it.
Cant quite put my finger on why I like this so much. Maybe because it is different to my usual, or is it the slightly tropical feel, well until you see the background anyway. Then agan it could be the feeling of spring that it evokes with all that fresh green growth, though it didnt feel very spring like with frost on the ground and the mist in the air.
It could also be the amount of detail recorded. I have spent ages looking closely at this shot and really enjoyed exploring what is in the frame, though sadly this reduced size version probably wont convey the same feeling, I was tempted to upload the original file, but dont think flickr allows them that big :~)
I guess most of all though, with this pic I get the feeling that I am beginning to get to grips with what this camera can do and the amount of detail it can record, given the right subject and conditions of course.

And she's still sleeping
