The invention of Dr. Alpheus Scrumpy (with invaluable support from Mr. Neville Colmore), the Model 54 Eggstractor provide the means of hastening incubation while immobilizing the subject with a variety of eggs and cocoons of all shapes and sizes. A quick turn of the crank is also an effective means of eliminating unpleasant surprises when incubating specimens of uncertain origin. No unintended harm will come to your subjects, however, as the Model 54 Eggstractor (unlike earlier models) is constructed from a patented non-ferrous metal alloy. Uniform holes provide for the wire or hook and chain suspension of multiple Eggstractors over your preferred source of warmth. Our new alloy will even withstand the temperatures required for the hatching of phoenix, salamander and fire drake eggs"
