This painting was supposed to eventually look like white owls or something, but I kinda like the Rothko-ish abstract nature of it so far. I'll leave it like this, actually.

I reworked a painting I did last night after the Super Bowl, a relaxing form of therapy. But I was unhappy enough with the previous uploaded version to delete it and instead upload this version. Trying to keep things hazy and mysterious.

I'm lately wanting to veer away from bristle brushes to try smaller sable brushes. Here I am trying to imitate the Klimt painting I recently uploaded. I'll never be a Klimt, of course, but it's fun to try to paint softer and more delicately.
