I created the Cobblestone Image of my homemade android using the script
cobblestone-mosaic-2.6 (Rel. 0.3) Created by Graechan

The settings I used are shown in the screen capture above.
(I did a screen capture of many attempts, just in case I liked the results)

This is my first new image here in a while. Still recovering from illness and working on getting back into the swing of things. (Will get back to commenting more, too)

Created an android icon in Gimp and turned it into a mosaic with the new Mosaic feature of G'MIC in Gimp. I tried several different settings until got the resulting image I wanted. Great (fun) way to learn new features of G'MIC/Gimp!

I made several plaids with Gimp, following this tutorial

and used Gimpressionist to give the plaid some texture.
There is a tutorial for something similar,

but I havent checked it out yet.

To protect the bird feeder, we added a squirrel feeder. We didn't think the tree would be a seat for him.
