Under the cover of malty darkness, mighty hops are poised to attack. It’s a mysterious blend of flavours that could only come from Cascadia. This beer was hand-crafted at the taproom on Granville Island using a recipe straight from the notebook of Brewmaster, Vern Lambourne.

The Spinnakers version of this old english style is a mild deep amber coloured ale with a pleasant "nutty" light biscuit and roasted malt flavour and a light flowery hop aroma with a non bitter finish from the use of saaz hops. Starts light with oak and molasses in the force. Develops a firm, rich malt backbone, with notes of orange oil and oak. Hints of roast malt, tobacco smoke and chocolate. The roast malts, molasses and hop bitterness fall into balance and linger with occasional hints of vanilla.

Cabin Fever is a strong ale, or "winter warmer," and it has a deep burgundy-brown hue and a very rich and malty flavor. Pale 2-Row, Dark Crystal, Munich, Carastan, oats and Chocolate malts combine to create a complex malt base. And to balance things out, the beer is hopped with Mount Hood, Warrior and Crystal hops, with a dry-hop addition of Cascade

Like the waters of Lost Lake, this Unfiltered India Pale Ale is refreshing and with a real bite. This Northwest style IPA is bold and hoppy with 75 IBUs and 6.8% ABV. But this is a complex drop too, with fruity notes of grapefruit and passion fruit. For extra body and mouthfeel, Lost Lake IPA is naturally carbonated and unfiltered.

Made by Mission Springs Brewing . “A portion of the proceeds from sales will be donated to mountain bike trail stewardship in the Fraser Valley.” The Pilsner pours a pale yellow with a white head. The aroma is of sweet malts but not much else. There is almost no presence of hops to this beer. The alcohol content is 4.5%. Very refreshing
