While there are usually some reproduction WWII vehicles to be seen at reenactments, there are also some interesting original pieces as well. This appears to be a well-restored original German troop carrier made by the Horch company.

from a WWII reenactment I attended on May 3. Jerry cans are gasoline/petrol containers. "Jerry" refers to the Germans (a British nickname). Jerry cans marked with a white cross were designated to only carry drinking water.

This original & operational StuG III was once owned and operated by the 2nd Panzer Division reenacting group. It was sold sometime in the early to mid 2000's. I was fortunate enough to see it in person at this reenactment in Rockford, Illinois, in September 2002 or 2003. The Stug III was a German assault gun / tank destroyer equipped with a turret-less 7.5 cm main gun, mounted on a Pzkfpw III chassis.
