Revisited Monet's Garden at NYBG (New York Botanical Garden). The garden will change through the exhibition which runs through October. I think those are grape vines on the left of the wall for the fall harvest.

Another visit to Monet's Garden and I was delighted to see there are new flowers in bloom. The garden will continue to change throughout the exhibit which runs until October.

After seeing Monet's Garden at the NYBG (New York Botanical Garden) I have become obsessed with Monsieur Monet and visited the Metropolitan Museum today to see his paintings there.

In 1893 Monet purchased land which included a pond near his property in Giverny. He intended to build "for the pleasure of the eye and also for motifs to paint." Monet did a series of 18 views of the bridge in 1899
