Took this a few weeks ago when the male mallards were still being territorial and chasing each other. It was fun taking pictures of that while it lasted! :) Have a great weekend everyone!

Ducks & geese get very territorial in the spring and compete for space on the water, kinda crazy considering the river is huge! But I guess when one duck crosses the personal space of another things can get crazy. This is what happened here & the one drake chased the other for a while. Taken March 26, 2008.
