I was tagged by Nor Certitude (David) to write out 16 random things about myself.
(This picture was taken by my husband, we were hiking near Lake Huron, MI in 2008)

Here are my 16 random things:

1. I have green eyes

2. My mother is German, my father is mostly Irish and Cherokee Indian

3. My great-great grandfather fought in the Civil War, mustered out of Zanesville, Ohio, and my uncle fought in WWII under Patton

4. My family (on my father's side) has been in Ohio since the 1700's

5. I am 5 ft 7-1/4 inches tall

6. I burn everytime! I go out in the sun, and the tan leaves after a couple weeks, fair skin

7 I hate that my kids are all growing up, where did the time go??

8 Bill is my second husband, married 20 years this past December

9. I am a natural blonde, although it has turned ashy as I get older, (may be some grey, I'll never know, lol ) I color it now to the color it was when I was younger

10. I have somewhat of a germ phobia

11. I am a Real Estate Agent

12. I have 8 sisters and 4 brothers all from the same parents, I am second from the youngest

13. I love rain, thunder storms, woods, the smell of a camp fire, the outdoors

14. I am changing alot of the things we eat and cook with to organic

15. My father and older sister passed away from cancer

16. I absolutely love the time between mid-September until Christmas !
