A classic Newcastle Photographers icon.......the Squids Ink Jetty.

Although not premium conditions tonight, the Sunset was still quite good. You don't always nail it, but you have to be in it to win it =)

Photoshop: 2 Exposures blended together, one for the sky and one for the foreground/water. Curves and Hue/Saturation.

The Newcastle Sundance Group had it's Moment in time project today. ashame about the weather, but any excuse to get out and take a photo is Ok by me.

I find it quite handy to not check your ISO before you do a long exposure, after all who wants to use ISO100 anyway lol.

Here is my effort, I am definitely no Snelvis, or a Andy or let alone a Frosty. But I still like to try =)

Photoshop: 2 Exposures blended together with a mask. Curves, Overlay applied to bring out some highlights.
