i was going to write something about this being a 'curtain' and I changed my mind and then Philipp said this: The sky looks great behind that curtain of branches.

That is so cool because those were my exact thoughts... I am standing behind a curtain.

In Judiasm there was a thick heavy curtain that separated man from the Holy of Holies (the place where God dwelt)and only the High Priest could go in once a year to atone for the sins of the people. When Jesus died on the cross this curtain in the temple was torn in two from top to bottom. Now the way to the Father is wide open. Access is available

When I took this photo I was thinking about how available He is...

I am standing behind the curtain...close to His heart. That is why it is called Trust.

one part of the parade was a group of young people dressed up as various professionals.

this girl was a teacher. she pulled it off.
i hope she finds great success and continues in school. many kids never finish school here. i hope she does.

I have always love a good layering of hills...it does something to my heart...maybe it makes me realize that it is good to be complex. It is the way we are made....layers are good as long as we know that at the base of our heart there is His love

Did you know that cows see humans as GIANTS?! They do and I can attest to that because there was NO WAY they were going to let me get close to them this afternoon, but I managed a shot of his snout...all fuzzy and wet and soft. No I didn't feel like kissing it! :-)

I was making dinner and the livingroom had this 'glow' to it ... another painted sky saying "see I am here...fear not" (God) :-)
