A short 4/10th of a mile walk takes you to Lindy point, overlooking the Blackwater River gorge here at Blackwater Falls State Park. It's a beautiful place to catch a sunset, just don't wander too close to the edge....800 feet straight down!

A portrait capture of the sunset from the ledges overlook the other night. I like the way the foreground rocks are lit up in this one and though I usually try and remove lens flare in my sunsets, I kind of like the way this one looks so I left it in.

The end of a long day of bird watching at Magee marsh, renowned as the best birding hot spot in the western hemispere. Warblers stop here on their journey to the Canada breeding grounds to stop and refuel before the long trip across Lake Erie. Causeway view of the marsh.
