best phone call today from my neighbor. . about to give birth to their first child and they forgot the bags!!. . you know the bags you have packed for the big day....

he was so nervous and scattered and asked if i wouldn't mind getting them and bringing them over to the hospital. He of course thought it was happening any moment.

well its been about 9 hours...still not a daddy yet...

what a day! - celebrating Bubbe's 100th birthday with a party - wonderful event to honor such an incredible woman. Im thankful my bro married her Grandaughter - because ive adopted her as my bubbe also.

thankful for backups. . and ironically this was taken the morning of a return trip to the airport. . left the house about 4:15, and got back around 6:30am - when i captured this.

I say irony as i am posting this for tuesdays image, which i had to head back to the airport tuesday nite and didn't get home till 1:30am - i snapped some crap from the phone. . this is better.
