The composition contains a lot of strong diagonals in this photo. The railing and steps are examples of the strong diagonal. The focal point is the bright yellow lines on the stairs and the light in the top right corner.

I like this photo because you can see every little detail for example the rain drops on the tiles. I like how the photo consumes a lot of cool and warm colours because it’s more exciting. The long distanced shot makes your eyes explore every detail from the picture like the lockers, the steps, bricks, poles etc. The composition is the L shape in the yellow tiles.

I chose this picture because it’s different to my other photos. I usually take photos involving color but in this topic I have just focused on the line. The lines are different some are bend and others are straight. Some are thick than others are thin. The composition is a strong diagonal. The composition and color choice makes the photo look more dramatic and scary as if the branch was coming towards you.

This photo is using polychromatic colors which make the photo exciting. When you first see the photograph you focus on the color, shapes and lines. The composition is the golden triangle. It works because as the triangle is getting smaller at the top of the picture it gets dimmer which makes the main object disappear. The shadows on the wall from the colorful glass make the photo more 3D.

I chose this picture because the bright red immediately catches your eye. From this angle the flowers look big and you could be a small bug looking at what they see. The background is simple with the very light blue sky and other tall plants. The composition in this picture is a strong diagonal. This photo has 4 main layers of colors the bright green leaves, the red flowers, the cloudless blue sky and the tall green plant. The flowers lean towards the bottom left corner and the key color is in the middle of the picture which also curves downwards making the photo a successful composition compared to a horizontal angle.

The photo focuses on the reflections on the boot of the car and the font “Lancer”. The composition is a strong diagonal and L shape this makes the photo more interesting. The reflection above the word “Lancer” makes the photo more unique. It makes you look at the buildings and try to find something interesting but you soon realize the shapes of the doors and windows are very interesting. I like how the cheerful and bubbly blue of the boot gets light as the reflection starts. From this point the picture gives the impression that everything is getting smaller because the shadows are getting dimmer from the L shape, the shadows are blurring and the R of Lancer is small.
