Drake 2B Receiver & Q-Mult Speaker

The Drake 2B & Q-Mult Speaker (Fairly Rare Option) sporting their fresh coat of paint after cleanup and alignment. The pre-selector, 500KHz filter and the Q-Multiplier set to just below a squeal can extract a CW note out of next-to-nothingness. The main knob is not correct, I know. I'd like to assume that the guy who sold it to me on Ebay new that. I should have. I did see the picture. The original one has scoring, denoting frequency steps. This know is better for "spinning" with it's round face. - Tony WW2W

Brooklyn - Bay Ridge Stores Summer 2009. The center photo in a panoramic shot. Posterized here. I looked at the raw digital photograph [boring & ho hum] and began to plan a reduction a slight shift and an intensification process that I hoped would present a panalopy of color-interplay normally unseen by the naked eye. PSP 9.0 used.
Lesson learned: Reexamine your photos, in this digital world of photo-manipulation, you may have "more". Some may argue, "Is it art?" If there is an argument, then must be. See large size for full effect. Thanks for stopping by.

Skateboarding Boys Ol' Skool Old School Panning Shot 1977 Minolta SRT-102 50mm C41- 36 exp cut from 100ft of 5247 135mm movie film. Note: Panning with a digital shutter is TOTALLY unlike panning with a curtain focal plane shutter. The direction of the pan/shutter will stretch-out or compress the image depending on all of the relative speeds. To complicate matters, my Minolta XE-7 had a vertical FP shutter so that would only happen with a horizontal pan or a normally-held camera with a (rarely done) vertical pan. I am actually wearing my bell-bottoms and my black felt platform shoes. [2 1/4" heels made me albout 6 feet] I just saw the old stoop a few weeks ago. The block is lonely and the stoop was redone with just a railing and steps only. See my platform(s):

In the backdrop are Grandpa's grapevines. [sweet, white grapes] Minolta XE-7 135mm on tripod Kodachrome 64. I think I have the same expression as The Statue of Liberty. I am good with faces. The expression on my face looks like that of The Statue of Liberty's. ;-)

A Graphic Art Study, contrived from some of my rather dull , mundane photographs that had the potential to be a good source of graphic form. Lesson: Revisit your own stuff with a "new eye"! See the large sizes and notice the fractal self-similarity down to the end twigs. Reduced to only 16 colors. There would be fewer colors but note the tiny red chutes at the upper left! That tree looks as if it has a breast. Should I photoshop it out or does it make it look more organic? Oh the torment.
