Sorry everyone, I haven't been around much, but here is a photo I thought you might like. Rowan, also known as the "Mountain Ash", is a tree which grows so widely where I live. It was once thought to have magical properties, and used to be hung round houses to ward off evil. Birds love these berries, but they are highly poisonous to mammals.

Here is the end product of my bramble flowers. They make such a nice crumble pudding or pie mixed with cooking applies. Serve with cream or ice cream. Both, if you are greedy like me, LOL.

Had to catch this. I think it was a double rainbow because of the top left hand side of the photo. Didn't notice at the time!
