Dark Side of a Bright Day..

Yet another pic from the Side Mirror of the Car..! I recently started loving these kind of shots!
Been Long Since i used Textures.. So it was time for me to play around with Textures today..!! And also after several play with the colors/tones, i ended up liking this tone.. so posting this picture!!! :D Its a lil dark, but still somehow like this..!!

I was trying to keep the mirror part untouched and play around with the textures only in the background.. but somehow i wasn't getting it right. Will try that again some time!! May be i am messing up with the selection and layers! :(

Today, I managed to keep my lazy'ness away and take a small walk outside my house, with my camera.. :) The Weather is sooo AWESOME out today.. It was raining untill 11:00 AM today and then 2 hrs later, there was absolutely no signs of Rain outside....!! The Weather decided to be gloomy still, it was amazing!!!

So i stepped out with my Camera and my Mobile...And to my surprise i found a very cute lil pond with a small fountain near the Railway station...!! And guess what there jus 1 duck relaxing in the water..!! And after seeing me with my camera, neednt ask, yah.. it didnt relax anymore.. it became all active and brisk and decided to give me some exercise! flying around sooper fast from oneside of the pool to the other, and not letting me capture any proper pics of him!! But i managed to get a couple of his pics.. though its the same bird, i like the water this time... i ll try to upload that one tomorrow..!(no defly not today!) I was'nt able to use both my hands this time, because i was on call with my friend :D(thanks to her too for keeping me occupied for the almost whole 2 hrs that i was out! :D).. so managed to click whatever that was possible..!!

Then after the duck, i came across this sweetie pie..!! I Love Squirrels, next to Tigers(no not sitting around next to them literally :D :))))!!!.. He was sooooo cute,.. he didnt notice me first and so was busy behind a small bush digging for something to eat, then he saw me.. gave me a stare for few micro seconds and decided to Run..!!! I totally didnt mind running behind him to get some shots!! :D There were hell lot of ppl in the railway station and in the roads.. I saw them all only after i got a few shots of the squirrel :D (Was not least embarrassed!) .. Every time the same thing kept happening, he will be busy in his own world for few seconds, then turn around to see if someone is watching him, if yes, give a stare for few seconds, and run from one tree to another tree.. or run behind the same tree and watch if someone is seeing him..!!
More or Less it was like playing hide n seek (running n catching) with him today!! :)

I am back finally after almost 12 days brk!! I had a prob with my laptop n its fixed today finally!!
This is one of my fave ARR Song! :) Watching this video like, after ages., but like the audio a lot!

This shot was clicked with my nikon d50 in one of the streams in Smoky Mountains, TN. We had been there for the long wknd last wk! Had total fun with friends!
Somehow couldn't use my canon as the battery was over the prev day :( Cudnt charge the battery cos we were camping.! Good i had my nikon as well!! :))
Played around with light room n photoshop!! :) Thot of doing an HDR.. but was lil lazy. I will try to do an HDR of one of these pics soon!

I am trying out HDR After a very long time...
I somehow end up not liking my HDR Compositions when they give a true or rather different HDR Look, unlike this one... Most of my HDR shots end up being mild...I will try some more HDR Shots and different compositions later today evening or this weekend! :)
