Had wanted to shoot this location for a while now after Shannon Sakovits showed it to me on another shoot.
Took the opportunity to shoot it on friday and was treated to a nice sunset.

Something very different for me.

This is a new crop of the original image that won a bronze award in the 2012 Loupe awards!

Back in the exact same spot as i was two days ago. I wasn't overly pleased with my last effort from this location and knowing that tonights sunset could be nice I headed back.
Not usually a fan of borders but i thought it suited this image so tried it out.

Made it up to Warriewood blowhole over the weekend with some of the focus boys. It was a very overcast morning so made the most of it and attempted some long exposures for B&W. Another learning curve for me as I haven't done much B&W work so what you see is virtually straight from the camera.

Really liking shooting from up on headlands at the moment so decided to trek it up to Barrenjoey lighthouse and look over Palm Beach for sunset.
