this is a tree I passed in my holidays several times when I was running (yes with my cam :-)). I took some different shots of him ..so maybe there is more to come from my lonely friend the tree....

As you can see, I still haven´t found time to make new shots, my work receives all my attention. But I found some time to work this older one over.... it reminds me in some way on the seagull jonathan...and my situation at present :-)

This one is a tribute to Dean Forbes, one of my favourite photographers here on flickr, and one of the best b&w flower photographers I know.

(You can check out beautiful b&w flower shots from Dean and others in the wonderful BW Flowr Powr group)

As I saw this one on my screen, I realized how much his work inspires and influences me, so I thought this could be a good upload to say: "Thanks Dean, for your inspiration, and your constructive and funny comments!"

found this one last night on my external hard drive, while listening to the fabulous esbjörn svensson trio, added some contrast, cropped it, border, here it comes....

If you have some time, just look at this shot and listen to their mesmerizing viaticum (.ram) and get lost, like I did...

I do a lot of such street shots, but in most cases i´m not happy with the outcome.
This is the first attempt to combine several aspects I like in a photo.
This definitly dilutes the single effect of the different aspects, but I think it makes a photo more interesting, if not everything is just straight foreward to see and you can discover a photo...
for a better way to do this see it large
