Com a ciutat convidada de La Mercè 2012, Mont-real s´enorgulleix d´oferir als barcelonins un espectacle multimèdia que ret homenatge al geni creatiu de Gaudí donant un relleu especial a la Sagrada Família, una obra mestra especialment bella i veritable icona de la capital catalana.

Convidats per la ciutat de Mont-real, els creadors de Moment Factory, empresa especialitzada en l´elaboració d´espectacles i instal·lacions multimèdia, n´han concebut un en set actes. Inspirat en Gaudí, per al qual «La creació continua sense descans a través dels mitjans de l´home», aquest espectacle grandiós il·luminarà per primera vegada i durant tres vespres únicament la façana del Naixement de la Sagrada Família amb una oda a la creació del món, una oda a la creació de l´home, una oda a la vida!

Amb el suport de la ciutat de Barcelona, Mont-real i el govern del Quebec.

Mont-real, segona ciutat francòfona del món, és avui un centre creatiu destacat d´Amèrica. La seva vitalitat cultural i econòmica és obra de creadors provinents de tot el planeta.

El lago de Bañolas (en catalán, L'Estany de Banyoles) es el lago más grande de Cataluña, en la provincia de Gerona. Es el principal símbolo de la ciudad de Bañolas. El lago y su cuenca lacustre son considerados el conjunto cárstico más extenso de España, constituyendo un sistema medioambiental de notable valor.
Situado en el oeste del término municipal de Bañolas, fue declarado por la Generalidad de Cataluña como zona integrante del Plan de Espacios de Interés Natural. En 2003 se incluyó en la lista Ramsar de Zonas Húmedas de Importancia Internacional, solicitándose por varios colectivos la instauración de un Parque Natural.

Al igual que otros lagos como el Ness, en Bañolas cuenta una leyenda popular según la cual fueron primero las tropas de Carlomagno quienes, aprovechando su estancia en la ciudad de Gerona, se acercaron a Bañolas para intentar reducir y matar al dragón. Y que fue el Emperador, embargado de ardor guerrero, quien tuvo que pedir ayuda a San Emeterio, un monje francés que llegó a tierras gerundenses con él para combatir a los moros. Cuando la bestia salió de su refugio se quedó mirando a aquel hombrecillo que no paraba de rezar y, como si de un cachorrillo se tratara, le siguió hasta la plaza. Después de este suceso, el santo milagrero fundó el monasterio de San Esteban de Bañolas, antes de irse a vivir a una cueva en medio de un espeso bosque donde no era posible adivinar si era de día o de noche. El monstruo regresó al lago, donde dicen que aún vive hoy, pero al que nadie ha vuelto a ver.

The Lake of Banyoles (Catalan, L'Estany Banyoles) is the largest lake in Catalonia, in the province of Gerona. It is the main symbol of the city of Banyoles. The lake and lake basin are considered the most extensive karst whole of Spain, constituting a significant environmental value.
Located in the western town of Banyoles, was declared by the Government of Catalonia as a member of the Plan area of Natural Interest. In 2003 was included in the Ramsar List of Wetlands of International Importance, with a request by several groups the establishment of a Natural Park.

Like other lakes like Ness, in Banyoles has a popular legend according to which were the first troops of Charlemagne who, taking advantage of their stay in the city of Gerona, Bañolas approached to try to reduce and kill the dragon. And that was the Emperor, seized burning warrior, who had to seek help from San Emeterio, a French monk who arrived in the Girona with him to fight the Moors. When the beast came out of his refuge stared at the little man who kept praying and, as if it were a puppy, followed him to the square. After this event, the miracle saint founded the monastery of San Esteban de Banyoles, before going to live in a cave in the middle of a thick forest where it was impossible to guess whether it was day or night. The monster returned to the lake, where they say he still lives today, but nobody has seen it again.
