Tower Bridge in London, lit up with bright blue and purple lights, and with a load of beams firing up into the sky.

Though normally lit, the colourful theme has been added for the forthcoming London 2012 Olympics.

Floodlights on Tower Bridge added for the London Olympics fire into the sky, looking very spectacular from this spot in nearby St Katharine Dock.

Late on Tuesday, 24th July 2012, Tower Bridge in London was lifted whilst a film crew shot some footage of David Beckham at the wheel of a speed boat going through the bridge whilst carrying the Olympic Torch, as a firework display rained down on him from the bridge itself.

They were using huge cameras like this at either size of the bridge, and were filming from the air, whilst a sea of colourful floodlights and beams fired up into the sky.
