Flowerhorn cichlids are ornamental aquarium fish noted for their vivid colors and the distinctively shaped heads for which they are named. Their head protuberance, or kok, is formally termed a "nuchal hump." Like blood parrot cichlids, they are man-made hybrids that do not exist in nature. First developed in Malaysia and Taiwan, they are now kept by fish hobbyists worldwide.

MBK Center, also known as Mahboonkrong (Thai: มาบุญครอง), is a large shopping mall in Bangkok, Thailand.[1][2] At eight stories high, the center hosts around 2,000 stores and services, including the 4-story Tokyu department store, restaurants and entertainment.[2]

The MBK Center management reports daily visitor numbers of more than 100,000, half of whom are young Thai people and a third foreign visitors.[3]

The MBK Center is very popular amongst tourists, particularly Western tourists. It is also very popular with Thai residents with the majority of shoppers being native Bangkok residents. Knockoff items can be found in abundance at this shopping complex, but prices are much higher than one would expect. Many stores selling authentic merchandise are also available. MBK Center is connected to the Siam Discovery and Siam Paragon shopping center by elevated walkways, both of which are more upscale and have only authentic goods. MBK Center is worth a visit for any tourist, it is a well known landmark in Bangkok.

This capture also taken with my other panoramic Makati City night shot. The panorama capture was too long to see the intricate light details. This capture is almost SOOC. I adjusted contrast and white balance with a slight amount of sharpening.

Shot taken right before diner. I was lucky enough to get a nice purple tone on a blue hour. Time was passing so quickly to even get another angle of this magnificent view.

I decided to post something different this week. Way far from my usual interiors and landscapes. Got this shot off a tree while looking for something interesting to shoot. The shot's quite noisy but managed to tame it down slightly. Used a manual macro extension ring for this one. I really wish I had a flash with me. Hope you guys enjoy the rest of the work week.

Shot I scoured from my Archives. Also during the time i started out in photography.
Been a little busy these past few days, hence the late upload. Personally, I love the blue hour tones in this capture. Hope you guys like it.

I would like to dedicate this shot to the dad of a good friend who passed away just mins ago. Although I haven't had a chance to meet his dad, I know he's the type who shoots from the heart . He's dad was a top notch photographer during the film days and I know he'll be in a much better place where there are plenty of sunsets and sunrise far more beautiful than this one.
