De Villahermosa à Londres...
Du 10juin au 22juillet 2011,certaines de mes photos mexicaines ainsi que des photos de Polly Braden, Tiffany Jones, Johanna Neurath, Ying Tang seront exposés à Photofusion à Londres.

Ces 5 dernières années j'ai eu la chance de pouvoir conacrer beaucoup de temps à la photo.Mes archives contiennent notre vie avec ulysses et ma vie à villahermosa .
Cette photo prise le matin de notre depart est un aurevoir à cette ville que je n'ai jamais su vraiment aimer .Mais prés de 4 semaines plus tard je sais que 2 choses me manqueront toujours les couleurs et la chaleur extreme.

Monsieur et Madame je ne m'en vais pas,nous vous attendons ici pour que vous sortiez ,veniez et achetiez des tortillas farcies de crevettes...

Je crois que c'est 40 ou 50 pesos la tortilla.17pesos pour 1 euro.
Il en vend aussi farcies au fromage.Ce sont des tortillas de mais de la taille d'une grande assiette.Mais je lui en ai jamais acheté.

Je suis une vraie bordelique mais parfois faut bien ranger et là j'adore ranger par taille,par couleur,par ordre alphabetique...

15sep10,I saw this child sleeping in the street and immediately took a picture, thinking her mum who was an indigenous from chiapas would certainly not let me take a picture.When I got closer I asked her if I could take a picture of the baby and she refused.

15sep10,j'ai vu cet enfant de loin et pris immediatement une photo pensant que la mère qui était une indienne du chiapas ne me laisserait pas prendre de photo.Quand je me suis rapprochée j'ai quand meme demandé à la maman si je pouvais prendre une photo de l'enfant et elle a refusé.

15sep10,music coming from the bar was very loud and i could hear laughs and shouts.A bit unusual in the middle of afternoon then I remembered it was pay day.The bar is called la Oficina,the office.

15sep10,on entendait la musique très forte et aussi beaucoup de rires et de cris,ça m'a paru un peu inhabituel en plein milieu de l'après midi et puis je me suis souvenue que c'était jour de paye.Le bar s'appelle la oficina,le bureau.ça m'a rappelé qu'en afrique les hommes donnent le nom de deuxième bureau à leur maitresse.
