Bruce our beloved Goldie doing what he always liked ... swimming and rolling in cow S**t - which is why he spent a lot of time swimming in the nearby ponds. Unfortunately we lost him at 13 years old and never had the heart to replace him.

The old pumping station at Lon Las in Swansea. not sure of the history as the information board on the site had been vandalised - nothing new there!

What I liked was the mist swirling just over the chimney stack,giving the impression the stack was still working.

One of the roads that lead to the Brecon Beacons. As I came over the crest of the hill I just was struck by the cloud formation in front of me. One of those moments when you least want a puncture!

An hour earlier the light was very flat as it had been absolutely chucking it down. Amazing the change that occured. Many times I have travelled back over the Beacons and been truly amazed by the beauty of the place - unfortunately sometimes with no time to stand and stare.

Found this old butter churn rusting away in a hedge. unfortunately this was the most interesting part. Pity really as if more had been visible,there were more photo opportunities.

A fence in the Brecon Beacons used by sheep to scratch their fleeces. I liked the way the raindrops clung to the strands of wool trapped on the fence.

Couldn't take the rain any more so started the motor and went for a drive .

Some fabullous cloud formations on the Beacons today,and the sun wanted to burst through the clouds giving lovely subtle areas of light all around.

Got lost and came across this on the way back. For once I thought I might use the polariser filter lying in my bag - it seems to have worked out today.
