I have a confession to make.

Are you ready?

Here goes:

I am addicted to pizza. In fact, if I thought my bottom wouldn’t grow to garganchuan proportions, I would seriously eat pizza everyday for the rest of my life. And before the naysayers get all like…’but Juli, that’s not realistic you’d grow tired of pizza in no time” let us not forget pizza is one of the most versatile culinary creations of all time!

Think about it, not only can all of your favorite foods be recreated into pizza form, but dare I say it automatically makes them a 100x better!

Chicken parm? Make it into a pizza!
Scallops? Make it into a pizza!
Tacos? Make it into a pizza!
Pot roast? Make it into a pizza!
Dessert? For the love of all that is holy, make it into a pizza!!
Soup? Ok well, maybe not soup… a soup pizza probably wouldn’t work. But you catch my drift.

After discussing my unnatural, undying love of pizza with S. this weekend, we both agreed it would be fun to do a pizza challenge. Well, she just kind of nodded and smiled to appease me, but that was all the go-ahead I needed and thus the 52 Week Pizza Challenge was born!

Over the next 52 weeks I will make a new pizza each week, never repeating the same recipe twice. So while I might not be able to eat pizza everyday, at least I’ll get it once a week!

Sunday is my favorite day of the week.

Yeah, I know… Monday is right around the corner.
But...
Sunday's are reserved for drinking wine, cooking all day and dancing around the kitchen like fools.

So far it's been a surprisingly mild winter. In fact this morning brought the first real snow fall of the season.

As much as I despise the snow and cold, it was actually kind of pretty to look out at this boring.

Even better; we got nearly a foot of snow on Saturday and on Monday it was 65 degrees out and most of the snow melted!
