Bath times are not good in Vegas around Halloween,so be careful as you don't know what's lurking!

This fly was bugging me when I was trying to take a photo and I guess he thought he'd get his own back and land on it... However,if you can zoom in you will see he has a big red nose, no other wonder that there nosey...

Poppy heads bursting into flower. It was raining when I spotted this in the garden. It is surprising the time it takes for these to come into bloom,blink and you've missed it.. I missed a few over the week..

It was hard to take this has I had to get down on the ground as this is a ground level plant. I am quite pleased with this as it was very windy as well as the little Bee buzzing around.. I hope to improve on this shot by getting closer to my subject and maybe learn to like Bee's.....

These chicks are found on the Farne Islands and nest on the ground and you really can't see them,so you have to watch your every step. Puffins and Arctic Terns live here and is a very interesting site at breeding season. This Island is manned by the National Trust and is run by all volunteers who stay on the island for nine months with no mod cons or electricity.. That is dedication for you! So please appreciate the National Trust Guides..

Not sure what this butterfly is but it was very difficult to see as it is exactly the same colour as the sandstone, you can see a small piece of sandstone with the same colours..
