1989 Civic Wagon Interior

Another shot of my '89 wagon for the Wagon Of The Month spread at CivicWagon.com. Wanted to show what my interior looked like. It's nothing too special, but I try and keep it clean. Used iron on patches to fix holes in the seat. Installed a Nardi Classic woodgrain wheel with a NRG Slim Quick Release system that also comes with a locking hub. Found an old school wooden shift knob with the Honda emblem inlaid in gold. Full LED conversion. Deck mounted with custom dual USBs in the dash for easy access.

I won Wagon Of The Month at CivicWagon.com and so I did the photos for the spread myself. Had been a really really long time since I had shot a car, or got out my big lights. Guess I still remember how to do it.

Just another quick snap of my wagon. Making more progress on her, got custom rear blinds installed, mud flaps painted, stereo w/custom box installed along with alarm, fender mirror mounted, muffler & LCA's sanded/painted, full LED conversion, 5k HID's, etc.. Hoping to be boosted by Christmas at the latest.

Lowered 3.5" on Godspeed Type RS Coilovers.

Just got myself a new (old) car. 1989 Honda Civic Wagon. I love these cars, although I know that most people think they look weird. I don't care. You probably look weird and you don't hear me complaining about that do you. I plan to drop it on Godspeed Type RS one piece coil overs and put a set of 16x8 wheels on with stretched tires. Flush for days.

I got word just the other day that my exgirlfriend took her own life. She was 23. Life is an unrelenting bitch sometimes, and it got the better of a person that was always a better person than me, stronger than I could ever wish to be and filled with more love than could fit in the room she stood in. I hope that she is at peace now, something we could all use a bit of. I'll miss you Melly.

Went to Discovery Park to have a picnic with my girlfriend. We laid our blanket out in a field of flowers, cracked open a couple of beers and grubbed down on some PCC deli goodness. Good times. I had my camera and a flash so I took this shot.

Went to Lake Chelan for the weekend with my girlfriend and a few other friends. Almost lost my light setup to the lake a couple times due to the wind. I haven't really been shooting much over the past year or so, but am starting to get the urge to make photos again. Kinda got bored and distracted for a while. But hopefully you'll see some more stuff from me sooner than later.

On a side note, I bought those swimming trunks when I was 16, right before going to Greece for the summer. They still fit me as I am still scrawny. Does anyone else out there that's 32 still wear clothes that they bought when they were 16?
