Had some tank-tops made by my tailor this past winter. This tank-top has a built in bra, but the top and inner bra are both a bit too small. Either way I will still wear it this summer. See you at Toronto Caribana this August. If you've never been, it's an event in Toronto you don't want to miss.

Just wanted to talk about the pro's and con's of going bra-less.

Pro: Wearing a bra hides the deeply provocative contours of female nipples from view.

Con: They're nipples. Nipples. Why am I ashamed? Why are you staring? Why should I have to hide them?

Pro: Wearing a bra allows me to mold my body shapes into a shape deemed most sexy by mainstream culture, thus making me more confident and happy supposedly . Just hoist those mammas up with industrial strength rigging, and it's smooth sailing.

Con: My breasts are naturally very large. Confidence based on the degree to which my breasts conform to societal ideals isn't really confidence.

Pro: Bras are so sexy!

Con: Is sexiness something I have to buy? I already possess the physical accoutrements beloved by most men. My breasts fed my kids, they have given much pleasure to my husband and all my Flickr fans and most of all I never had to pay for my breasts.

Pro: Going bra-less might mean slightly less saggy breasts research suggests lol, but wearing a bra allows me to pretend that my breasts don't sag at all.

Con: Let's interrogate the vilification of boob sag. What, in fact, is wrong with droopy, saggy, pendulous breasts?

Pendulous breasts are mammary glands which have lost their upright and round appearance. These breasts have changed to a longer and more cylindrical shape and appear to hang down the chest wall without support. The name comes from the reference to a pendulum which hangs from a fixed point, but can move freely. Pendulous breasts are normal for many large breasted women to experience at some point in life and do not require any alteration, unless the women is disturbed by some physical or emotional aspect of the condition.

I had an interesting day walking around the Toronto area like this. I think I should move to Europe where people don't make a big deal out of breasts. Here in North America people go nuts when they see boobs even more so when they see my large breasts. Get over it people!

Men stare at my breasts

My boobs get stared at every single day! There is absolutely NO way of hiding breasts as big as mine. I notice men & women staring at my breasts when I am in a public setting like a bar or restaurant, but I've got larger than average breasts so I can understand their curiosity. Many people just want to know if they are real. I hear things like, "her boobs are too big to be real" or sometime they say, "she must have back pain" either way I am use to it all now.

I don't really care if people stare at my breasts, and it doesn't make me self conscious. I get more self conscious when people I don't know ask me if they can touch my breasts to see if they are real. Everyone at some point will check out the whole package and often be confused because I have a large butt and hips so they see that I have a body that could accommodate such large breasts, unlike someone slim like Pamela Anderson.

Glute, Hip and Thigh Exercise

The best way to get the most from your workout is to vary your routine. This can involve changing the actual exercises you do from time to time, or changing the type of resistance you use. If you always do leg exercises with ankle weights or with the rubber bands, you may want to give this machine a try if you have it at your local gym. When doing these exercises it is best to hold on so you can focus on isolating the muscles instead of worrying about maintaining your balance.

Outer Thigh

1. Stand up straight with the strap fastened around your ankles.

2. Lift your right leg straight out to the side. Try to turn your foot so that the heel leads and the toes are slightly turned in. Make sure the toes do not point up. Just lift up until you feel the hip and outer thigh muscles contract. Be careful to not tip the body sideways as you lift.

3. Do eight to 12 repetitions. Then repeat with the left leg.

Burning More Calories Walking

Getting ready for summer.

My personal trainer instructed me to wear or carry weights while walking laps of the track which will increase my walking workouts, burn more calories and will tone my upper body. Adding weight will allow me to burn more calories per mile, but only about 5-8 calories more per mile for every 10 pounds added.

My personal trainer also told me that some people will say that adding weights to a walking workout is not a good idea. They say that adding weights at the ankle, wrist or foot may increase the risk of strain and injury. Some don't recommend heavy weighted shoes either. There are better ways to tone your body and to burn more calories through walking, but it works for me.

I should also point out that I can't run very well with my girls this big. Many women that have breasts as big as mine refuse to go running or to do any high impact activities because our breasts are so heavy and cause us pain. Being so full on top, I have friends and co-workers asking if I suffer from back pain and they find it odd when I tell them I don't unless I go running.

Tips & Warnings

The secret to carrying weights while walking is to make sure your weights do not weigh too much. There isn't anything fun or rewarding about trying to use weights that are too heavy to lift.

Never try to lift a weight that requires too much pull on your muscles. The goal is to increase upper arm strength, not to pull and tear muscles.
