This is a mess, lol! Have upright straw baskets under the blue table to hold tissue paper, ephemera, folders of paper, etc. The room is fairly small, only 10'x10'. I've really have too much crammed in here and have been rethinking the whole arrangement.

Window seat being used as a storage area. Never have gotten around to painting those doors underneath! Have junk jewelry stored in there. On top is a large metal box used to hold file folders of smaller papers and then larger papers. Another smaller box holds other paper emphemera. The vintage cannister set has ribbons, ric-rac, and other vintage fabric notions.

Main work table holds the paints, markers, glues, stamp pads, etc. You can tell I did no styling for these pics! They are a few years old, but it still is much the same.

This collaged/decoupaged jewelry box started out as one of those plain vintage wood ones with brass pulls. I wanted to give it a new life. Gessoed all of it, gave it a coat of white paint, then layers of old letter pieces. Painted red and white stripes on some book pages and tore those to use as accents on the front and sides. Various small items were glued here and there that reminded me of my friend, Beth, for whom I made this.

Charm created for the Tie that Binds art doll project for ovarian cancer. The flower jewelry piece is wrapped over the shell at a damaged place to represent life after the cancer.

Another charm for the Tie that Binds art doll project for ovarian cancer. In this one the jewels are placed in holes in the shell, two of them, to become the center of flowers. Diamonds are formed under great pressure, so can there be something beautiful or enduring after cancer.
