Went to a local dinner theater tonight to see "Hello Dolly" with Sally Struthers. It was great, and she was excellent! Here I am waiting for the show to start. Another great run of 7 Days. I was lazy as heck this time. I think I had spring fever. Better next time, I promise! See you all then!

Missed yesterday, almost missed today! That's so not like me! And here I am today with a bad quality iPhone pic! This will have to do, it's my FB check-in at the restaurant we ate at tonight. I'm too tired to do another. It was great fun as usual even though I think about half of us were no-shows! See you all in the Spring I hope!

This is kinda lame for a SP, but it'll have to do. This is the scale model of the hall we rented for the wedding tomorrow night. My daughter did this to make sure we had enough seating for dinner. The green circles represent tables, and the space around them is the 2 foot clearance for chairs. This is the sort of thing you must do when the wedding location is an hour away from where you live - can't just pop in any old time to check on things.

In less than 24 hours, this will be a done deal. If you listen closely tomorrow around 8:00 pm EDT, you all may be able to hear my sigh of relief! Check back here later for pictures of all the fun we've had!

And this wraps up another fun 7 days! Thank-you all for your nice comments and encouragement! It really brightened my week. See you around Christmas!

Our annual day-after-Christmas Pizza night at my sister's house. I began to take this photo when the room was full of people, but before I could get the shot, most of them had left! Aaurgh! You'll have to look at the rest of the set to see who was in attendance.

It's all about me: This is a collage I made a year or so ago and it now hangs on the door of my "craft room", my personal haven where I can go to do "artsy-craftsy" things. My sewing machine is in there and all my art supplies and craft books and magazines. When I'm in there working on something, the hours pass quickly! One day when it's clean (yea, right) I'll post a photo of the INSIDE of the room! Ha!

I found an old self-portrait of my Dad, and I decided to take a similar one of myself and merge them into one. I edited them in PhotoShop and used a filter called "Monday Morning Violet". My Dad is holding an Argoflex Twin Lens Reflex Camera, circa 1955. You can read more about it here: medfmt.8k.com/mf/argoflex.html
Dad used to develop his own photos in a darkroom he built behind our house. One of my earliest memories is the smell of the chemicals he used in there. Haven't smelled them in 45 years, but I'd recognize them instantly if I smelled them again!
