Chocolate Banana Cupcakes filled with Caramel and Topped with Buttercream. My cusotmer wanted "Crowned Frogs" and "Lily Pads" for her daughters birthday. I formed the frogs by hand and topped them with golden crowns. This was my first also attempt at covering cupcakes with fondant - pretty easy!

For a special 2nd birthday! Some of Anthony’s favorite characters from the Veggie Tales cartoon. I formed the character out of crispy treats and covered with fondant. After they set, I used a tooth pick inserted into the bottom for stability. Flavors were a mix of Vanilla Bean cake filled with Caramel and topped with Peanut Butter frosting and Chocolate cake topped with Vanilla Cream Cheese.
