For the second day running the sun didn't burn off the morning fog, it actually got thicker.
I got a glimpse of the sun as it was rising from behind the Cascade Mountains and promptly vanished into the fog.
It was nice to see a couple of the Golf Course coyotes, I've not seen them for a few months. They didn't hang around but who would in the freezing fog?

I sometimes forget about this active volcano, which is strange as it dominates the skyline to the south east.

Big Red is a big Red-tailed Hawk, probably the biggest I've ever seen.
He seems to have taken a dislike to me lately and flys off if it looks like I'm headed in his direction. Other people and dogs don't bother him, just me. :/
