I've designed this weaponry to keep up with the growing demands on weapons from the Grand Army of The Republic.
It is equipped with the following weapons:
-20 Light-sabers
-10 hand grenades
-3 Short distance missiles
-3 Medium range missiles
-19 rocket heads (Flick fire missiles)
-10 DC-15A Blaster riffles
-21 DC-15S Blasters
-17 DC-17 Hand Blasters
-4 Backpacks (For Scout troopers for instance)
-7 Clone Trooper Helmets
-1 Chain-gun
-2 Macro-binoculars
-4 Riffles
-2 Lockers (for personal clone material)
Plus some crates with supplies...

I've used a 38x38 cm base plate for the construction (15''x15''). The bunker/armory itself takes most part of the plate.
Main features are: -Sliding door -Opening roof -Landing platform (Check the photos on the comments) :)
The landing platform can hold and stand the weight of a Gunship, though it's been designed for medium sized ships (Like jedi star-fighters) --> So the roof is very solid :p
It can hold inside a large number of weapons of a large variety.

(Please forgive the quality of the picture, it's difficult to get a good overall view)

This armory can hold up to 7 helmets of any kind. Each "locker" is assigned to a specific clone trooper

The backpacks are placed next to the DC-15A Blaster riffles, to facilitate their access:
Scout troopers and ARF troopers often equip themselves with these riffles and backpacks
