This morning when the alarm rang I could not get up because of vertico, so I called the doctor and he came to visit me.
He told me there is nothing wrong neurologically, and what is causing vertigo is "cupolithiasis" (benign positional vertigo).
This can be easily cured by the otolaryngologist carrying out a manouvre of the head...however, he gave me pills to stop the vertigo.
In the afternoon a woman I met at the photography club read on internet I'm not well and called me offering to help me and drive me to the doctor if the vertigo don't stop: life is nicer when you find such a kindness in people!

Today the first cold day of the season: when I went out this morning there were only 8C°, then during the day it arrived at 15C°.
But considering that a big part of Europe and northern Italy is covered in snow, we can't complain at all...I won't, because having experimented in the last six years what cold is, this for me is just fine!
I'm just a little bit worried because on thursday I need to go to the dendist up in the north and the weather forecasts say a storm is coming!
Let's see what happens, in the meanwhile happy All Saint's week to all :)))

I went for a walk in the old town city centre this late afternoon. I discovered that is only five minutes walk from where I live.
If you walk along the old alleys, you arrive to a promontory on the sea, with a lighthouse: from there you can see the waves breaking on the rocks and you can seat on stone benches enjoying the gorgeous view of the islands from the coast.
I waited more than one hour to get this shot, but I think it was really worth it.

A very slow sunday.
I woke up very late and I had a "brunch", then I started ironing, then cleaned the house, then I had a shower and ...here I am now, ready tomorrow for another week.
Plus, my diet is working, I've already lost one kg, so for today is enough happiness!!!! =)))

This year the autumn has shown all its glory with all those beautiful sunny days...I took a lot of shots of trees and leaves because their colours are really amazing.
I hope the winter arriving won't be so long and so cold and especially so dark like all the other years. Photography needs light!
