&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Recipe for Bucatini all' Amatriciana&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1 T olive oil&lt;br /&gt;
150g  pancetta / streaky bacon / ontbijtspek&lt;br /&gt;
1 small onion, chopped finely&lt;br /&gt;
2 cloves of garlic, chopped finely&lt;br /&gt;
4 T chili flakes&lt;br /&gt;
1 can (400g) canned tomatoes&lt;br /&gt;
2 T flatleaf parsley&lt;br /&gt;
Parmesan&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pasta&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Panfry the pancetta cubes until golden brown and crispy-ish.&lt;br /&gt;
Add the onion, panfry on gentle heat for about 6 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;
Add the garlic and chiliflakes, panfry for 20 seconds.&lt;br /&gt;
Add the tomatoes, pepper and salt.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Simmer gently for about 15 minutes. &lt;br /&gt;
Mix with cooked pasta and parsley. &lt;br /&gt;
Add grated parmesan.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Served with grilled tuna (4 x 30 seconds) and grilled tomatoes (parsley, garlic, olive oil, pepper and salt on top, but it wasn't that good, that tomato)&lt;br /&gt;
