This is what came to me during my stay in Riga: when you get too close and you repeat patterns, when you see fog and your mind starts "rattling", take two steps back.
Everything goes back to normal, you are in your center again and the power is in you, not on someone else or outside of you.

An Indian Elephant's used for work,
