View of our most recent expansion project. To the right is our Linac building (LA8). The Radiotherpay department is located at the rear of Velindre Cancer Centre.

There is a car park to the rear of this building. Visitor/Patient entrance can be found to both front and rear of this building.

Main entrance for radiotherapy department at Velindre. Just to the right can be seen some disabled parking bays. Further parking can be found to the rear of this building.

Another view of a CT scanner at Velindre. Viewed at an angle, this provides a better view of the machine. The bed (with the two pillows on it) passes into the centre of the scanner when in use.

General view of a mammography camera. The radiographers right hand is touching the camera bed. The upper part of the machine is the camera. The whole camera is attached to the stand at a single pivot point. This allows it to be positioned according to need.
