I love rainy days. They are so calming and I love spending time walking in the rain.
Today me and my boyfriend took a long photo walk. On this photo he helped me a lot with setting the focus so thanks to him :)

Hi!
I was out shooting with my little sister yesterday! I have so many photos I want to share, including this :)
I feel this is a continuation of this photo: www.flickr.com/photos/sophiaalexis/7980205840/in/photostream

Both of these photos are meaningful for me. It marks an ending and a start for me. This photo being the ending of a difficult time, looking ahead to brighter times despite the happenings of the last weeks. Despite everything, I feel for the first time I can create and acheive what I wish to.

I hope to now continue to upload regulary since its starting to be lighter and warmer. :)

Hey!

I took this a while ago, but I haven't thought of uploading it before now. Actually, I have a lot of photos I never upload so just because I dont upload as much doesnt mean I dont photograph :)

This was taken in Spain during winter break. I spent a few days there. This photo doesnt really have a big meaning to it but it was fun editing nevertheless :)

Hey guys!! This is something entirely different from what I usually do, but I love it nevertheless. I love how this image almost made itself while I was working on it.
As usual I'm busy with school, and the weather is also so cold and it makes it hard to photograph. I'm still photographing a little though, but nothing successful yet. :)

I'm not sure if I will upload anything more this year so..

I want to say a big thanks. For just a year ago, I remember being so happy that I had reached 4.000 views on my photo stream and that 200 people had added me as contact. Today, just a year after, I have almost 60.000 views and over 2.000 people have added me as contact. This reminds me of the huge improvement of myself I have gone through this year.

I can truly say this has been the best year in my life. It has not been necessarily the happiest year but I have learned so much. I've had extremely bad days, I've had extremely good days. I have cried of sadness and happiness. And not to mention all the countless adventures I've had with my camera. All the countless hours I have spent location scouting, idea brainstorming, photoshopping. I lost myself and found myself in photography. It has now become a part of me, a part that defines me more than anything else.

I hope you've all had a good 2012, and that you'll have a even better 2013. <3

Hello!
The original concept didn't work out so I decided to take the freedom to experiment on it. I am quite happy about the results.
I shot this in october which is quite a long time ago, but I didnt start editing before now :)

Tomorrow it's christmas break and I hope to get the time to photograph a little more during the break!
