On the Bungonia rescue trip in 1963 or so, see notes to check. Notes are on line here.

We had descended to East end of gorge and she slipped & rolled down several metres at the bottom.
Made a stretcher and carried her up through the gorge to the western end before Jarara Creek. By night fall we had sent for help and by the time we had climbed up overnight to the rim, we met the Sydney Bushwalking Rescue group.

Above the gorge the next morning, after a night scrambling up the steep sides of the gorge.

Camera on tripod I think, using Kodachrome.....
