While sorting through photos of previous visits to Rīga, Latvia, I found one from 1995 from the top of Hotel Latvija that I thought was similar to one I took 13 years later in 2008. It was very close. The one in 1995 was taken with an Olympus OM4-Ti and 35-105mm lens. The one in 2008 was taken with a Canon 20D and a 24-105mm lens.
