I found this older picture of Nomi my boyfriend took when we took her to a park and I just love it xD

She kept biting us that day and so we gave her flowers to play with and to distract her / to make her look at the camera and she tried to eat this one :3

This is what it looks like every time I take out the leash. Sayuri already waits at the door and Nomi runs around the table and hides under it. It's the same game before every single walk although I catch her much faster now than a few months ago because I know what she does and how she reacts :) Silly girl <3

During her bath, just look at that poor puppy's face. She always gives me her abused-puppy look when she's wet or when I put a shirt on her. Silly cutie <3 (IPhone photos so don't mind the quality)

Nomi playing with little Rocky on Christmas. They were fine together until she slept on my lap on the couch. As soon as he approached she started to attack him because she considered the couch to be hers and protected it. Except for these everything-belongs-to-the-shiba moments, they had fun :) we just had to seperate them at the end because she wanted to sleep and he wouldn't leave her alone, making her angry again.

I got her a new collar and a new leash today and she looks so adorable :) she scratches her neck a lot because she's not used to a collar but this will stop eventually.

And obviously not happy about it xD Found this today when I went xmas shopping. I love how cute she looks but she refuses to move as she always does when something's not like she wants it to be xD

We were at the vet yesterday to make new xrays and her malformation got worse, the bone turned around. He's going to contact me to tell me what's the best to do, he wants to examine everything in detail first. Maybe another surgery is not worth the effort for her as long as she's fine with using only three legs but we'll have to see. If we do another surgery it will be very hard for her because it will take a lot of time for her leg to heal. The bone can be put in its right position but the muscles, kneecap etc. have to grow into their right position afterwards which will take a lot of time.

Despite all this, she was totally happy to see the vet (he's always very nice to her) and gave him lots of kisses while he explained everything to me :)

Another one from our vacation. A very unhappy puppy in the sea :3 She was not pleased at all but she followed us in because she didn't want to be left alone at the beach.

Health update : I took her to the vet for her second surgery but she couldn't have it because there are zones in her bones that still have to close. As long as this hasn't happened, he can't remove the 2 parts of the bones that he wants because it would be impossible to keep everything together afterwards. She grows really slowly and is very small for her age, she weights 6.4 kg (about14 lbs) and so we have to wait another 2 months, then make xrays to see if it will be possible by then.

So we went to the vet last week and Nomi will get another surgery in september to correct the position of her bones. There is a little imporvement but the surgery is necessary for her to be able to stretch her leg.

I'm not that worried this time but I hope that she won't have to be kept still for too long.

Aside from this, she'd doing great and I'm really looking forward to our vacation because she'll be able to play on the beach :)

(Just noticed that I still have to change the date on my new camera ^^ Photo was taken yesterday)
