How to quickly improvise a birthday morning greeting!...
This was really made in a rush in the early morning!
I managed to have it ready just in time till my sister
came down for her birthday breakfast! Huh! :-)

About Swedish breakfast

Wow, what an atmosphere to sit here and eat in this big beautiful salon, fit for a king...just the two of us. Silent...the candles are burning. Wonderful. :-)

Very importent information:

The food being served in the restaurant of this castle will soon be
all organic foods and as much as possible of the primary products
shall come from local farms! Not only that; they will also serve and
promote ’slow food’. And of course there will be organic wines!
This will take its start in the autumn of 2008.
I fully support this great initiative! Fantastic!!!
