"Yoohoo" features transit oriented development clusters in Marana, Oro Valley, South Houghton, Sahuarita, and at various locations around Tucson's urban core. Almost all new development in the region is placed in relation to this new transit network. Almost all land outside of the current footprint is set aside as open space.

Transit ties each of the centers together with additional lines located along Broadway (mixed-use corridor) and Oracle. A freeway passes to the West and South of San Xavier and rail connects the region to Phoenix.

"Resilient Bi-Cultural Corazon de Tucson" calls for respect & dignity for all cultures. New downtowns are established in Marana and Sahuarita. The map features transit-supported multistory, higher densities along Oracle and Broadway. The designers of this map suggested urban agriculture on rooftop and, bringing the desert back inside the city by restoring washes. They also suggested more underground development, especially in flight paths.

Land Y Freedom features four "New Centers" - in Oro Valley, Sahuarita, Kolb & I 10 and near 22nd Street & Houghton Road. Retail uses and mixed use corridors border Interstate 10 between Vail and Marana. A policy of "No to Urban Expansion" is reflected with increasing density and constructing green space in redevelopment. Also "NO!" to golf courses, non-native plants and gentrification.

"Tucson Edges: City of Many Centers" has a transit-intensive transportation network, asks for more bike facilities (not just lanes) and less parking. More shade, especially trees, even an urban forest. New centers are suggested for Marana, Sahuarita, Oro Valley and the area near Ajo Way and South Sixth Avenue. Office parks are suggested at the airport, near Houghton Road and East I 10, north of the U of A campus and close to the Pasqua Yaqui reservation.

The area west of the Tucson Mountains has been set aside from development.

Mostly, this occurs in Marana to the East of I-10, near Vail along I-10, and in Sahuarita. Tucson is left largely as is, and transit lines run the length of I-10 and to Northwest of Tucson.
