Not happy with the result but whatever... Never thought it was so hard to avoid the reflections of the flash on the can. The best part was drinking it after the shot.

I had some free time today so instead of posting this picture of my cat, I tried to make a CD cover out of it. I'm happy with the final outcome. Hope you like it :)

Brackley Beach

Brackley Beach, PEI. I had a couple minutes to take the shot while the beach guards went to rescue a little boy. This is the most crowded beach in Prince Edward National Park. Oh and for the curious the boy was ok :)

This is what happens when you leave a curious cat near empty boxes. Sadly the picture is not perfect. In the rush, I forgot to focus on the cat's head and end up focusing on the box's edge.

So I've got my fist circular polarizer filter and I went to try it in the country (Sainte Flore). I took some pics with my trusty Xti and the Kit lens. As you see I tried to apply the rule of thirds.
Post processing was done with CS3 and includes : cloning of minors distractions, curves, usm, cropping and resizing.
Positive criticism is highly appreciated :)
